Format is name, AP required, effect, and who can learn it.
The number in parenthesis after the name is the level at which the spell is learned.  An ST indicates a starting spell (i.e., the character joins up knowing that spell).  The levels are taken from Ben Siron's manual.


Healing magic

Cure -- 4 AP, restores 40 HP, Rand(ST), Bow(2), Ryu(7), Spar(ST)
Cure 2 -- 7 AP, restores 100 HP, Rand(17), Bow, Ryu(16), Spar(26)
Cure 3 -- 20 AP, restores 120 HP to whole party, Rand(35), Bow(33)
Cure 4 -- 14 AP, restores full HP, Rand(37), Bow(30)
Cure X -- 50 AP, restores full HP to the whole party, Bow(40)
Renew -- 10 AP, 70% chance of reviving a fallen character, Rand(27), Bow(20), Jean(34)
Renew X -- 20 AP, restores fallen character to full HP, Bow(36)
Cure Poisen -- 4 AP, cures poisen or zombie status, Rand(ST), Bow(3)
Heal -- 8 AP, cures all ailments, Rand(31), Bow(16)

Enhancement magic

Power Up -- 6 AP, raises attack power, Bleu(ST), Spar(36)
Defense Up -- 5 AP, raises defense, Bleu(ST), Bow(6), Spar(14)

Time Warp -- 0 AP, time moves 12 hours forward when used while traveling the world, Ryu(2)
Smoke -- 6 AP, reduces chance of random encounters for a limited time, Ryu(19)

Travel magic

Warp -- 8 AP, teleport to any town while traveling the world, Bleu(ST), Spar(19), Jean(14)
Exit -- 8 AP, exit a dungeon, Nina(12), Bleu(ST), Spar(18)
